- Thank you for choosing ISP LEARNS for your online courses and e-learning needs. (Registered entity: The Career Professionals, thereafter referred as TCP).
- Once enrolled, our courses and services are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
- However, you have the option to transfer to a different course batch or allow another individual to attend in your place, provided this request is made at least 48 hours before the course or workshop begins.
- Completion certificates will only be issued to candidates who attend the entire course or workshop, pass required examinations, or complete assigned tasks.
- For any inquiries, batch changes, or candidate name transfers, please contact us through the Contact Us Page. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the course or workshop begins.
- If a candidate misses the course or workshop, they will be marked as absent, and no additional access will be granted beyond the specified validity period of modules or lessons. Refunds are not applicable in this case.
- Any requests for batch transfers, refunds, or cancellations are subject to ISP LEARNS' discretion.
- If you encounter technical issues, please contact us at info@isplearns.com. Our support team will respond within 2 working days. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a FULL refund will be provided, applicable only to technical issues.
